This is my fitness blog. I started this blog initially to keep me motivated to lose weight, as so many other fitspos have helped me start my journey.

I am not overweight, and I do not have a goal weight, but I do have a goal body in mind. It is strong and healthy. I will not achieve this body through any negative means, and I do not support pro-ana thoughts or opinions.

Feel free to ask me anything, but please note that I am not a nutritionist or a personal trainer. I'm just another girl on the journey to accepting her body.

The thing is, I have both. If you’ve never had a session with a personal trainer, you should try it. My trainer, Terry, is the kindest, most motivating guy, and he pushes me, definitely, but he’d never yell at me or anything. There’s a big difference in the days I do weights alone and the days I do weights with Terry.
So if you’re afraid of doing PT because you think Jillian Michaels is going to pop up, don’t worry. It’s really empowering.
I’d like to be doing this right now. SOON. Summer cannot come fast enough. It was hot enough for shorts this weekend!
This is going to be hard. :/
